YouTube je društvena platforma koja se bazira na video snimcima. Od svog pokretanja 2005 godine postala dominantan način na koji ljudi prenose video sadržaje na mreži. U vlasništvu Google-a, koji je kupio YouTube 2016 godine. Platforma pokriva 11% celokupnog svetskog video saobraćaja, odmah iza Netflixa. Ima preko milijardu korisnika, a više od polovine svih pregleda dolazi sa mobilnih telefona.
